Makser AS60
Makser AS60- £69.99 (s), £99.99 (g)
Design and Tech Benefits The AS60 retains Masker's Airflow Stabiliser technology to help keep the head more stable as you swing. Its herd maraging steel face has generous "bulge and roll" and is designed to maximise energy transfer at impact. Triple sole inserts push the centre of gravity lower for easy ball launching.
Specs R/H only in 15°, 18°, 21° or 24° lofts.
GM VERDICT For us this good-looker errs a touch on the large side for a true utility-but that's not to say it isn't a decent club. It left us a fraction less confident when taking on abitious shots from thickish rough, so we'd probably see it as more of a fairway wood.
