The G5 offers improved weight distribution for a better longer flight. Moving 8g of weight away from low stress areas of both face and crown allows a lower centre of gravity and reduces spin rates for more distance. An offset version is also available.

PERFORMANCE

The G5 offers a great feel off the face with a very consistent ball strike. It produces a good ball flight and excellent "hang time." It's also very forgiving on off-centre hits.

TOTAL GOLF VERDICT

The G5 offers good looks and a great feel off the head and should sustain the upsurge in Ping?s metal wood fortunes created by the G2.
