We've got all the information on the new Titleist Pro V1 and Pro V1x golf balls
Titleist has made a series of improvements to its flagship Pro V1 and Pro V1x golf ball models.
The introduction of new core and cover technologies has allowed Titleist to produce Pro V1 and Pro V1x balls that deliver more distance, softer feel and longer lasting durability.

The 2013 Pro V1 is Titleist's softest ever Pro V1 model, with lower spin and a shallow angle of descent facilitating more roll and increased distance.
The 2013 Pro V1x also delivers more distance and more consistent performance, thanks to a combination of deep downrange peak trajectory, tight ball flight and exceptional spin control.
The improved Urethane Elastomer cover and paint system used on both models also serves to retain a whiter, brighter finish and promote longer lasting durability.
The 2013 Pro V1 and Pro V1x also feature their renowned 'Drop-and-Stop' control, enabling golfers to control their short-game and ultimately save more shots around the green.

"Performance drives all of us at Titleist," said Mary Lou Bohn, Vice President, Titleist Golf Ball Marketing and Communications.
"While it's no easy task for our R&D team to improve upon our industry-leading products, new Pro V1 and Pro V1x are the best performing golf balls we've ever made."
Before their widespread introduction, the new models went through extensive testing by golfers of all levels, from world class players to a wide array of amateurs.
Luke Donald and Adam Scott were amongst the first to convert, and both recorded convincing victories with the 2013 models at the end of 2012.
"I put the 2013 Pro V1x into play for the first time at the Dunlop Phoenix and won on a tight, demanding golf course. From tee to green, I felt I had total control of distance, ball flight and shot shape, and on and around the greens, the ball performed just as I needed it to," commented Donald.
The new Titleist Pro V1 and Pro V1x golf balls will be available from early March with a RRP of £51 per dozen.
