The thin, multi-thickness face achieves the highest allowable ball speed for maximum distance, while the nickel-chrome plating increases the finish durability of the irons whilst also maintaining the elegant Mizuno look. The Mizuno JPX800 HD irons have been designed with low-heel and high-toe weighting for a more effective sweet area, and the higher trajectory will inspire confidence from any lie.
The Mizuno JPX800 HD irons will be available in 4-9, pitching wedge and gap wedge. The stock steel shafts are Dynalite Gold XP while the graphite Fujikura Orochi shafts will be available in a wide range of flexes. The Mizuno JPX800 HD irons will be available from mid September 2011 and will come with a recommended retail price of £80 per club in steel or £115 in graphite.
