ECCO reveals 2013 men's collection
Leading shoe manufacturer ECCO has revealed details of its 2013 men's collection, featuring the innovative Tour Hybrid
ECCO - a leading global manufacture of innovative footwear - has revealed its 2013 men's golf collection, featuring a wide array of new styles headlined by the Tour Hybrid, the game's first crossover model.
The Tour Hybrid, which features a traditional leather upper design, is suitable for the street, the golf course and the clubhouse.
Tour Hybrid is constructed atop the award-winning ECCO Street EDTS outsole, which is also employed in the BIOM Hybrid and Golf Street models. Patented configuration of approximately 100 moulded traction bars and 800-plus traction angles, and construction from TPU - a highly durable, water resistant material - facilitate superior grip in all conditions.
"Golf Street was followed BIOM Golf, then BIOM Hybrid and now Tour Hybrid," said Michael Waack, Head of Global Golf at ECCO.
"Each year, our innovations set the bar even higher and gain ECCO legions of new fans worldwide who appreciate the unique comfort, performance and style characteristics of our shoes."
Other new shoe models include the BIOM Hybrid - the game's first and only performance hybrid model - the BIOM Golf - the first Natural Motion golf shoe crafted from luxury Calderra leather - and the Golf Street, the shoe that started a revolution.
Shoes from the 2011 collection will be worn by the likes of Fred Couples, Graeme McDowell, Thomas Bjorn, Thorbjorn Olesen and Thongchai Jaidee. Shoes from the men's 2013 golf collection are available to purchase, with arrivals continuing through early 2013.
