Cobra unveils limited-edition green Bio Cell driver
Cobra has announced the launch of a limited-edition green Bio Cell driver to coincide with the first major of the 2014 golf season.
The Bio Cell driver - which comes with MyFly8, SmartPad and Bio Cell E9 face technologies - is designed to produce increased distance and trajectory control.
The limited-edition driver will be available at select global golf retailers from March 15.
Only 2,014 green Cobra Bio Cell drivers will be produced, with each one laser-marked sequentially on the sole.
"There is so much buzz in the golf community surrounding the first Major Championship of the year, and the limited-edition Cobra Bio Cell driver brings some of that excitement to the Cobra brand," said Tom Olsabsky, Cobra's vice president of research and development.
"This driver showcases our game-changing technologies, including MyFly8, SmartPad and E9 Face, that delivers increased distance, while the limited-edition green allows us to celebrate one of golf's premier events."

MyFly8 allows golfers to adjust trajectory to eight different loft settings, including 9. 9.5, 10.5, 11.5, 12.0, and three draw settings in 9.5D, 10.5D and 11.5D.
Cobra's SmartPad technology keeps the face square at address and E9 Face technology repositions weight lower and back for a lower centre of gravity and a higher moment of inertia.
The limited-edition green Bio Cell driver comes with an RRP of £299, with an Aldila ATX Tour Green shaft and a Cobra Lamkin Ace 3GEN 360 grip.
