The exclusive first Trial Titleist event, one of over 350 scheduled to happen over the next five months alone, was hosted by Silvermere Golf and Leisure and attended by 20 lucky Golf Monthly readers.
We were on hand to capture all the behind the scenes action...
The Trial Titleist fitters were on hand with a wide range of shafts for our readers to test.
The Trail Titleist fitters utilised GC2 launch monitors so they could compare our readers' data from their current clubs with the Titleist models to gauge improvements in distance and dispersion.

As well as hitting the new products, our 20 readers learnt about the clubs' characteristics so they could determine which ones would suit their game.
Golf Monthly editor Michael Harris couldn't let our readers have all the fun, and jumped in to try the Titleist 714 AP2 iron.
Both the 714 AP1 and AP2 irons were on offer to trial, as well as the 714 CB and MB irons, giving the Titleist fitters plenty of options when dialing our readers in.
As well as the D2 and D3 heads to trial, our readers could test the various hosel settings to tighten their dispersion and increase their distance.
The exclusive launch event at Silvermere Golf and Leisure was the first of over 350 in the next five months, meaning most of the Titleist clubs were still in their wrappers!
On the spot launch monitor data helped showcase big yardage gains for our readers, who were then given specification sheets if they were interested in further testing back at their home club, or in booking an appointment at Titleist's national fitting centre at St Ives in Cambridgeshire.
