Fantasy Focus: Willett and Lowry at Alfred Dunhill

Oliver Wilson returns in an attempt to become the first man to successfully defend the tournament.

A high-calibre field will head to Scotland this week for the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship. Two tournaments will run side by side, with the primary one a 72-hole strokeplay event. The other will see professionals partnered with amateurs.

Last year's winner Oliver Wilson will return in an attempt to become the first man to defend successfully.

Celebrities such as Hugh Grant, Ronan Keating and Sam McTrusty will be involved, as will other sportsmen, including Michael Ballack, Ruud Gullit and Sir Ian Botham.

USA 1: Brooks Koepka - The last time Koepka played in Scotland he finished T22 at the Scottish Open. His most recent result was a respectable T18 at the Tour Championship, however he'll face an entirely different challenge on the Scottish links this week.

USA 2: Scott Piercy - After finishing third at the BMW Championship, the Las Vegas native should be feeling confident. He'll be hoping to rekindle the winning feeling following his victory at the Barbasol Championship in July.

Great Britain: Danny Willett - With a win and two top 6s in his last five tournaments, Willett is one of the most in-form Brits in the field. He played well at St Andrews, one of this week's venues, during the Open.

Ireland: Shane Lowry - Such is the strength of Lowry's short game, you'd have to give him a decent chance at any event. Has one win to his name this year at the WGC-Bridgestone.

Scandinavia: David Lingmerth - Everyone sat up and took notice when the Swede beat Justin Rose in a play-off at the Memorial Tournament. He's had three top 6 finishes since and is a realistic contender this week.

Rest of Europe: Thomas Pieters - The Belgian has back-to-back wins on the European Tour this month. There are bigger European names in the field, but none with his form.

Asia: Byeong-Hun An - A mixed year for the South Korean, but he does seem to hit little purple patches. After finishing T19 at the European Open, he might be about to get into another one.

Africa: Branden Grace - Strong performances from Grace this year, particularly at majors, means it's risky to bet against him. He also won the 2012 edition of this tournament.

Australasia: Scott Hend - Not many would have seen Hend's performance in Germany last week coming. He finished fourth after being T114 the week before. Who's to say this won't be the start of a good run?

South America: Fabrizio Zanotti - With three top 20 finishes in his last six tournaments, including two top 4s, Zanotti is capable of mixing it with the best on the European Tour.
