Ireland's most northerly club was founded in 1947, moving to its current location in the 1970s. The Glashedy course was added in 1995, a spectacular links playing through dramatic dunes bordered by hills, mountains and the Atlantic. Besides the splendour of the setting, Pat Ruddy and Tom Craddock's brainchild is renowned for its stern trio of opening par 4s.
Panellists' comments: "A great design with large undulating greens"; "The setting is absolutely magnificent; a wild, rugged place"
