FAQs

What shipping options do Good Good Golf offer?

Customers can choose from standard and expedited shipping options at the checkout. How long each option will take to ship and how much it will cost varies from item to item, so keep an eye out at the checkout for more details. Note that whichever shipping option you choose, processing can mean up to 10 working days may pass before your item is shipped - factor this in to provided delivery times for a realistic idea of when your item(s) will arrive.

What is Good Good Rewards?

Good Good Rewards is the brand's customer loyalty program, which lets you earn points for making purchases and leaving product reviews. Points can be redeemed in exchange for discount codes that you can add to your orders at the checkout. As a member, you'll earn 1 point for every $1 you spend, plus 10 points for every social media platform you follow the brand on, 50 points for every product review you leave (75 points if you include a photo) and 100 points on your birthday. Every 200 points earned is worth a $10 discount, and you'll also rank up through different tiers the more points you earn, unlocking bonuses like double points days, early access to sales, or exclusive passes to VIP events. It's free to sign up through the Good Good Rewards page - just provide your chosen contact details through the form.

Does Good Good Golf accept returns?

Good Good Golf does offer returns within the first 30 days of making your purchase, but items discounted in sales are not eligible for a refund, so bear this in mind before you order. However, items discounted via discount codes (particularly through Good Good Rewards) are eligible for refunds if they are sent back at your own cost within 30 days of ordering. Your item will also need to be unused, in its original packaging and have all the tags still attached.

Hints and Tips

Look out for freebies and bundles: Good Good Golf frequently offers freebies along with certain purchases, as well as product bundles that you can buy to save on the cost of buying multiple items separately. For example, we've seen the likes of a free divot tool on orders worth $150 or more, a free 4th box of golf balls when you buy 3, and multipack bundles of polo shirts, quarter zips and other apparel items.

Check the clubhouse sale: Good Good Golf offers a number of discounts across its range through the Clubhouse sale section. You'll find apparel, accessories and product bundles discounted by as much as 50%, but make sure to snap up deals sooner rather than later - stocks are usually limited and once they're gone, the deal ends for good.

Refer a friend: If you know someone else who'd like the brand's apparel and accessories, you can refer them to earn additional points. Simply provide your email address to be sent your unique link, then pass this on to your friends to net them $20 off their first order (with a $75 min. spend). Once they've successfully placed their order, 400 reward points will be credited to your Good Good Rewards account.

Join the newsletter: Whether you prefer texts or emails, you can sign up for regular updates from Good Good Golf by providing your number or email address through the mailing list form. Once you've joined, you'll be sent updates on products, promotions and events as soon as they're available, plus any Good Good Rewards members will net an extra 100 points when they sign up for texts.

How we source coupon codes

Golf Monthly has a dedicated Coupons team who source all of the codes you see listed on our pages. We use our affiliate networks, connections with retailers, and the internet to track down the newest & best coupons. Each coupon page is updated multiple times a week to keep it fresh, and our Commercial team uses relationships with leading brands to negotiate exclusive codes and find out the latest sales information, helping you save on your next online order.

How we test coupon codes

Every code we listed on a Golf Monthly coupon page has been tested by our team before uploading. We make sure all codes, whether they’re sales or student discounts, free shipping deals, or multi buy offers, will be accepted at the checkout and work as intended. For that reason, our pages don’t include any user-specific or one-time use codes - just verified deals across a range of brands & categories.

Wherever it is available, we include information about each coupon on the page for clarity. You’ll find details such as expiry dates and terms & conditions below the description and ‘Get Code’ button. To view the requirements of a coupon, simply click ‘Terms & Conditions’. This will expand the code area to show additional details. We work hard to keep this information up to date, with each page refreshed at least twice a week.

What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work

Although we take great care to verify our codes, sometimes a coupon will expire or be updated before we have a chance to change our page. If you do experience any issues, don’t panic. We have a dedicated customer service team on hand to offer support should you need it.

Start by checking the terms & conditions of the coupon you have chosen. Click ‘Terms & Conditions’ to reveal all the caveats & requirements and make sure your order meets all of these. Coupons may require a number of different conditions, such as a minimum spend (i.e. when you spend $30 or more), selection of specific products (i.e. 5% off selected Golf clubs), or verification (i.e. verify with a valid military email address).

If you’ve confirmed that you meet all applicable conditions and your code is still not being accepted, you can contact our team via email. Provide a summary of the code you used, which page it was found on, and what went wrong in an email, then send it to coupons.golfmonthly@futurenet.com. A member of our team will be in touch as soon as possible to help resolve the issue.

How we make money

Golf Monthly doesn’t charge any fees to use our coupon codes. All our revenue from our coupon pages is made through commission. For every coupon page on our site, we have an agreement with that retailer.

Whenever someone applies one of our codes to their order and makes a purchase, the brand pays us a percentage of the order total in commission. This model means our codes are always free to use, and all of our money is made directly from retailers. Our audience won’t pay any additional charges to save on their order - just the discounted price of their online order.
