Skechers Go Golf Elite V.4 Shoes
Out-of-the-box comfort has been a Skechers’ mantra that we’ve always found to be true in the various cleated and spikeless Skechers models that we’ve tested over the years.
Editor's Choice 2020
This next evolution in Skechers Go Golf Elite series is one of the key shoes in the latest range, a spikeless model boasting a sporty, low profile, which combines luxury leather uppers with Skechers’ Grip Flex TPU outsoles for the perfect mix of balance and traction. They really do form a stable base from which to swing.
That low profile design helps to keep your foot low to the ground in a neutral position as you swing, and that’s quite noticeable when you play in these shoes. The spikeless outsoles then provide all the grip you need and more in pretty much all conditions that you’re likely to find yourself out on the course in.

The Go Golf Elite 4 also offers guaranteed waterproof protection via the brand’s own H2GO Shield technology, so even if you do find yourself playing in less than pleasant conditions, one thing you won’t have to worry about is whether or not you’ll be able to keep your socks dry.
Built for comfort
With regard to that out-of-the-box comfort, there are several elements to the Go Golf Elite 4’s design that help it to deliver on that front. In addition to the comfortable leather uppers, comfort from beneath the foot relies on the double act of a lightweight Ultra Flight cushioned midsole and then Skechers’ longstanding Goga Mat cushioned insole.
It’s a double act that we’ve found to be very effective, and when you factor in that the shoe weighs a mere 10.25oz, it’s clear that Skechers has made every effort possible to ease the wear and tear on your feet as you make your way round the course.
