Instruction - From The Tee
Grip
Use two gloves to gain the perfect grip. Mark dots on the knuckle of your right index finger and on the knuckles of your left index and middle fingers. Then draw lines pointing towards your right shoulder from the crease between the thumb and forefinger of both hands. You should be able to see all the dots and lines when you address the ball. Spend some time on the range with this grip until it feels natural.
